Hello from G.U.

Hi everyone!  I just recently joined the guild so most probably do not know me yet, but I guess that's why this is here

I am 23 years old and am currently working for a software company making installation based software.  I have a Bachelors in Computer Information Systems and love talking about computers.  In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with friends, or chilling and watching anime or reading manga.  I play mostly action games like TERA, RPGs, strategy games, and fighting games.  I enjoy cold weather which suits me fine as I live in Illinois and do not like hot weather or seafoods in particular.  I am a particularly honest person that is sometimes very blunt about things as I like to get to the point, but know that I always aim to help when I am giving advice.  My biggest peeve is being ignored or lied to.

I have been playing TERA for almost a year and am knowledgeable about most things related to TERA, whether it is dungeons, classes, or simply other facts about TERA.  I also enjoy the easter eggs TERA has to offer and often explore the hidden side of TERA such as Baldera (feel free to ask if you want me to show you ).  I am an altoholic and have 6 characters at level 60: a warrior, a slayer, a sorcerer, a berserker, a priest, and a reaper.  All of my alts are geared for WHHM and I invested a lot of time in learning each class and how they work (skill rotations, glyphs, crystals, etc).  I am the type of person that likes to read guides and watch videos to obtain more information regarding what I am playing, so feel free to ask if you are unsure about how to play your class.  Out of all my 60s, I spend the most time on my warrior, berserker, and priest, so I consider these 3 as my main. All my character names start with G.U. or Fate so most in game refer to me as GU or Fate. Please feel free to do the same.

While I enjoy most aspects of TERA, my focus is on running endgame dungeons.  With that said, I also enjoy helping others with lower level dungeons or quests that anyone may need help on.  I am willing to teach any endgame dungeon that I have experience on and am always willing to help in answering any questions in regards to TERA and other things.  The key thing here is to ask  My hopes in joining this guild is that I will be able to enjoy endgame dungeons with fellow guildies and have fun doing guild runs instead of pugging for things.

You like cold weather too, eh? I suppose that's why we live in Misery/Illinois. I'm glad you're an honest and blunt person, good to know I'm not the only one around here.

hey Slaug, thanks for responding.  I love cold so much that if I had it my way, I would have the AC blasting mid winter during a snowstorm.  With that said, I do prefer dry lands so despite liking cold weather, I do not particularly enjoy being in the rain or walking through piles of snow (although I think they make a beautiful scene).  Do you live in Missouri?  I have lived there in the past (Springfield that is).  Oh, while on the topic, I've lived in New York, Missouri, Illinois, and Wisconsin.  Currently have lived in Illinois for 6 years and have no plans to move at this time.

Hi Eunbii, thanks for the welcome! TERA is a particularly addicting game. While I have tried out many different MMOs, nothing really compares to TERA's combat system. Each class is also very unique and fun in their own way, so I was able to have fun with many different classes of TERA which is why I have so many level 60s.

Hi Ackeran, I see you in guild chat all the time too! I get on TERA practically everyday after work and try to split my time between my characters (gotta give them the love and attention ) I am always willing to help if anyone needs it. Unfortunately, a lot of my toons are level 60 already so I don't get to level with you guys >.<
