Guild Rules! - Our Code of Conduct

~Guild Base Rules~
Rules for all guild members
The Heart Guardian Defines the rules, and All must obey to the rules when joining Ice Heart under all circumstances.

-Scamming/Hacking: There is a no tolerance in this guild for hacking or scamming. The results of any evidence of scamming will be banishment from the guild. Investigations will be made.

-Harassment: Any harassment towards guild members or non members can result of in being kicked or banished from the guild depending on the situation. This is absolutely NOT tolerated here- The Heartless will deal with situational affairs depending.

-Account Sharing: Account sharing is made at your own risk. You may not share an account with anyone outside of Ice Heart to keep all inside information confidential. The chance of being hacked is made at your own risk.

-Activeness: Because activeness is one of the guild requirements if you are not active for 7 or more days without warning you will be kicked but do have permission to rejoin when you become active again if the guilds requirements have not changed or space is made.

-Leaking: Leaking guild information may result in being kicked or banned. This is considered spying and we do not allow ''spies'' in our guild.

Rules will be added by the council as needed...

~Guild Warehouse Rules~
Rules of warehouse items

Taking items: Items taken from the warehouse must be only used for personal use and not for selling. The items are provided for the benefit of guild members, not for selling . Ask a guild authority member for permission to obtain an item.

~Guild Travel Rules~
Rules for leaving the guild

Kicked: If you leave the guild from the result of being kicked or any mutual reason you do NOT get your gold or contributions back. If you are kicked or leave do not ask for any contribution refunds.

Leaving: If you are leaving for any reason-> After you leave the second time you will automatically be banished from the guild and will have to be on a Council trial or have a voting poll created to regain permission to the guild.

Inactive: If you are inactive and do not leave a post here you will be kicked and lose all contribution and rank records. If you are inactive and post here the guild has to give you a certain amount of time to return before it can kick you.

***These rules WILL be enforced by the heartless. Obey the rules and you will enjoy the safety and freedom of Ice Heart.

Just a question about persons of authority, I understand that obviously Aezums and probably Neuro yourself are these individuals, but are there others?

I figured, but my question pertains specifically to the guild bank. If we wish to withdraw, would these persons of authority still be the aforementioned individuals?
