how do you give positive and negative votes?
Are they anonymous?
Does the vote for the post or for the person?

If you are talking about the Kingpin Votes:

Members will vote for you like a regular poll, though there are two options, Yes and No.
All the votes on any poll is anonymous.
The vote is for whether or not you believe that person should be a leader of Ice Heart.

no im talking about the positive and negitive votes that can be found in your profile under stats

The positive votes are part of the "Like" system on the forums.

When you receive likes, that is considered a positive vote.
I have disabled the "dislike" button, so you can not receive negative votes.
