Private Guild Chat

One idea is to set up a private Ice Heart chat channel for guild members to use. This would primarily be used so players on alts could:

-receive important guild notifications
-ask the guild questions without switching to his/her main
-stay connected even while grinding/leveling

Private chat channels are easy to make and require a passcode to access. The passcode can also be changed (by the creator) at any time. I spoke with Aez briefly and he seemed interested in the idea.

This might be a better alternative to having an alt guild.

If this is something people want, can I go ahead and set it up or should I pass the instructions on to one of the Kingpins to manage?

The reason I ask is that the private chat creator is the one who has permission to change passwords. I'm cool with that responsibility but I don't want to be overstepping authority.

if we are going to set up an private chat either aez or nero will be the lead of it
