Application Directory - What to do now?

This talk about the heartless? What is this all about? Most people would be ward off by the idea of a security system. Yet, security is rather important for an Organization.

"Either way, Some security is not a bad thing. I think we all like to feel secure, and have control over things. Especially those things that would involve entertainment.
How many times have you gone to see a local band, or went out with your friends to drive around the town. Probably many; I mean having fun is important for your health.
How often are you scared while having fun? Probably never, but there is someone out there watching out for your health, I assure you."

*The Heartless Residency Faction is like no other. Although Ice Heart is composed of many members and factions, this faction is the probably the smallest and one of the most unique. Yet, it is important.

I. What do we do here?

-The Heartless are among some of the most loyal and bright members of Ice Heart. While everyone is unique and special in their own way, the Heartless make sure internal and external security is maintained.
*Our nature is among the most kind and gentle! Defending you and your friends (In Ice Heart, and on the outside of Ice Heart) to make sure everyone is having a safe and fun environment. Remember, you want to hang out with your friends without worrying about issues arising. There is no better way to have fun then to be safe and we expect nothing less!

II. What is the Occasion?

It is our duty to make sure that you are having a good time in Ice Heart, in the enlightened Union and in Game. As a Heartless member, you are put through rigorous training to ensure the happiness of others. It is truly humanitarianism and altruism at its best.

We make sure that people are not getting scammed, harassed, etc. In game, and provide the balance so that Ice Heart can maintain integrity every step of the way! Our outlook is for the best of the guild and its members, while also reaching out to other associations like the enlightened union. We also have a designated headquarters where we meet most of our members, but Heartless meetings can take place anywhere around the world so it is Recommended, but not required, that you are a higher level to deal with such conditions.

III. How to Apply?

Some members may apply to pre-residency programs to success their followers. So you should always apply. Having an application on stand-by can be great for your outcome. It is a first-come, first-serve basis.
However, we evaluate players based on several factors, and an application does not mean that we can grant you into the residency - Spaces may not be limited, but we will try to keep things organized.(training)

What we look for:
*Do you Help Others?
*Are you forming Trustworthy bonds with Guild Members, others, alliance, leaders,etc
*Are you Committed?
*We look for a specific attitude of confidence for these members
*Are you willing to press matters to help other people in distress?
*Are you active in game, in chat?
*How good are you at keeping information to yourself?
*Loyalty, dedication, consideration, compassion, trustworthy!

All members of the faction follow a code of conduct. According to Edict IA, members that are accepted into the program, must imply confidentially with the guild and associates.

Where to Apply?
Whew, after all that reading you must be tired! Well, if your strong enough to be a member of this faction, you must be on the lookout all the time and must never get tired!!
To apply, please submit an application under the application office. So click the back button at the top of the page and create a NEW TOPIC in the Heartless Application Office. Please write the following:

*Character Name
*Level
*ALL Alternate Characters you have (What Guilds are they in)?
*An Evaluation of what you typically do in game
*What your intentions are for Ice Heart, the Heartless Residency Faction, and Neuroheart
*Why are you good enough for this faction and why you should be selected (Must be >100 words).

PLEASE NOTE: The application process can last >24 hours depending on the situation. If spaces are filled or in occupancy, please apply to the pre-residency program by creating a NEW TOPIC in the HEARTLESS APPLICATION OFFICE and submitting it with the title "Pre-Resident Heartless -. This will allow us to lock your application and place it on file until we decide to dive into it. (Keep in mind, any member can be declined for any reason by the Ice Heart guild faction - Neuroheart is never obligated to explain why an application is accepted or denied for any reason. If a person is subject to re-apply, neuroheart may allow that individual to do so after a period of 28 days or less depending.).
